Who provides Launjo

Launjo is provided by Talk Careers OÜ, registry number 17349557, of R. Tobiase tn 7-28, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia ("we"). Write to us at hello+privacy@launjo.com.

What Launjo is

Launjo helps experienced professionals form founding teams, build with AI and get funding-ready.

Launjo is in alpha: an early version we are still building and testing. Features may be missing, change or not work as described.

Who can use it

You can use Launjo if you are 18 or over and use it as an individual professional. One person, one account.

Your account

Use your own email address and your real name, and keep your email and sign-in methods safe. Tell us at hello+privacy@launjo.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Using Launjo fairly

When you use Launjo, don't:

• pretend to be someone else, or give false details about who you are or your experience
• collect data about members by scraping or other automated means, or copy profiles out of Launjo
• use what teammates share with you in confidence, such as ideas, plans, documents and CVs, for anything other than your work with that team, or pass it on without their permission
• harass, discriminate against or mislead other members
• post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, including its bot checks and limits
• use the AI features to produce anything unlawful or harmful

Cost

Launjo is free for members during the alpha. If we introduce paid features, we will announce them and their prices in advance, and you pay only if you choose to.

Your content

What you add to Launjo stays yours: your CV, profile, messages, documents and other work. Only add what you have the right to share.

You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and show your content, only to run Launjo for you and for the people you share it with, and as the privacy notice describes. The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for what you wrote in a team's workspace, which stays with the team.

Working in a team

What you build with other members, and who owns it, is agreed between you and them. Launjo is not a party to agreements between co-founders, and we don't decide disputes between them.

When a locked team forms a company, the formation step hands the team over to a licensed partner. Your agreement for that is with the partner, on its own terms.

What you write in a team's workspace stays with the team if you leave, shown as a former member's.

AI suggests, people choose

AI output is labelled as AI. You can accept it, edit it or dismiss it. AI never sends, votes, merges, locks a team, marks an item done or shares a CV. People do.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it, especially anything legal or financial, or anything about a person. Interview results and reviewer scores are advice. You are responsible for what you accept, send or publish.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee that you will find a match or a team, get a job, form a company or receive funding.

Launjo does no investing, takes no fees on raises and does no crowdfunding. Being funding-ready doesn't promise that anyone will fund you.

Availability

As an alpha, Launjo may change, pause or stop, in part or as a whole. Where we can, we will tell you in advance. If we stop the service, we will give you at least 30 days to get a copy of your data.

Ending your use

You can stop using Launjo and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts members or the service at risk. Unless that would be unlawful or let harm continue, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

Liability

We run Launjo with reasonable care and skill. Because it is a free alpha, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, or for what other members do, as far as the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury, or takes away any right you have as a consumer that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect, unless the law requires a faster change. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then. If you keep using Launjo after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

Estonian law governs these terms. Disputes go to Harju Maakohus, the Harju County Court in Estonia.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also take a claim to the courts there.
